Touch is really MOST important in intimacy. This is just one way to add depth to your physical & emotional intimacies.

Touch

The element of touch is so important in the intimacy of marriage. It is emotionally and physically healing and enriching. Touching is listed as our number one marital rite and most couples’ favorite thing to participate in during sexual play. Arousal and intimacy are built on touch; great example, back massages in a marriage usually lead to sexual intercourse…….. right?

Why Sexual Reflexology in the Secret

One of the best ways to celebrate your partner’s masculinity is to bring out his “king”, his masculinity. There are different parts of the year when the energy is just right for it. Fall and Winter are considered the masculine seasons. These months are especially great times to celebrate your partner’s masculinity. Fall is the time of harvesting and reaping seed from grains, while Winter is a “time of water,” a time of endings, closure, darkness, and protection.

His leader or “KING” is easily brought to the surface during these times of the year and a time when you can become his queen. Erotic Massage or Sexual Reflexology is a way to show your partner appreciation and respect. Bringing forth his seed, and reaping it is a very intimate moment, and we celebrate this in our community with a “Seedy Exercise” each fall. Join the Discord community, Marriage’s Sexiest Secret on subMrs or husDOM. We actively post exercises for couples to enrich their marriages in the bedroom and out!

Sexual Reflexology

This practice uses “genital pressure points,” triggering sexual reactions in the rest of the body. It can be used in the bedroom for a relaxing erotic massage or added to your regular foreplay during sexual play and scenes. Those with male genitalia can enjoy a lingam or penis massage or reflexology, and those with a vagina can enjoy a yoni or vulva massage during a reflexology session. Lots of lubrication for a massage is a MUST. Water-based lubes work the best. You can also add sex toys to enhance the experience. The wand is a favorite of ours, and I know from experience that Mr. Fox loves it on the frenulum of his penis. The frenulum is the band of tissue found where the foreskin intersects with the head/glans of the underside of the penis. It’s often shaped like the letter “V.” Some “kings” like the use of anal toys with a massage. Always discuss this and details with your partner in downtime communications before exploring. Nothing worse than giving them a pinky in the rosebud and turning them OFF! ;0)…..

Penile Reflexology & Body Mapping

The penis has its own carnal map. Practitioners believe that the reflex trigger points in the penis are more intense and efficient than those found in the feet or hands. These spots can be stimulated but without reaching an orgasm, which adds to this treat for your partner: an exercise in control or an exercise in release. Buy or get out your intimacy journals and start with the Penile Reflexology Massage Map. Don’t forget to body map your partner while you’re doing this new body exploration technique. Doing this helps you remember areas and his choices of what he loves best! He will love you for it! ;0)

Genital reflexologists tell us that each portion of the penis corresponds to a part of the body and stores positive and negative emotions.

  • The glans/head– On the top and around the tip of the penis, has points that connect to the pineal, pituitary gland, adrenal, thymus, and prostate glands. On each side of the rim and at the base of the head, you will find the lungs (nose) areas. In the middle, down the rim towards the base of the glans, is where the heart (tongue) is located.
  • The shaft of the penis– Dividing the shaft of the penis into thirds with imaginary lines, the first third starts at the foreskin gland, which corresponds to the mouth, spleen, stomach, and pancreas. The positive emotions attached to this area are openness and centered. Negative emotions that are stored there are guilt, shame, worry, and anxiety. The second third of the penis includes the eyes, liver, gallbladder, and small intestines. The positive emotions contained in this area are generosity and kindness. The negative emotions are anger, jealousy, and envy. The final third reaches the base of the penis and is embedded into the pelvis. This area is connected to the ears, large intestine, kidneys, and bladder. The positive emotions stored here are trust, gentleness, and calm. The negative emotion is a large one: FEAR. There are many different reasons that people fear, but that’s another article altogether.
  • The testicles– The testicles are connected to all of the glands.

Penile Massage

Now that you have a background in penile massage reflexology, remember this experience is about pleasure, giving pleasure, and receiving pleasure from pleasing your partner. Watch videos and do your homework before fully jumping on it! You can massage or trigger each area with intention, knowing what’s going on with your partner internally and externally. You also need to feel your way .. ha! ha! through the technique. Find the right pressure, friction, pull, squeeze, twist, suck, and lick that will make this massage bring out your partner’s inner “KING”.

Warning

Warning: Scientists can not agree on whether medical or sexual reflexology does or doesn’t provide any benefits. However, experts do say that sexual reflexology appears to be a low-risk and potentially beneficial way to add spice and depth to your sexual play and sex scenes.  As with anything, make sure you do not have any genital or health issues before actively participating in reflexology or any sexual techniques.
